1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the aman01 platform is restricted. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. aman01 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register or participate in any gaming activity on the platform. Corporate entities or legal persons may not register individual playing accounts.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Services from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether accessing aman01 from your location is lawful.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party. Registering or playing on behalf of another individual is strictly prohibited.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of aman01, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from the Company.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from aman01 or self-excluded from any gaming platform. Any attempt to circumvent an active exclusion by registering a new account is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are in sound mental health and are not accessing the platform under compulsion, duress, or as a result of a gambling addiction that you have not sought treatment for.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of aman01 Services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on aman01 at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, aman01 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all related accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your membership. Any provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information — including incorrect date of birth, name, or contact details — will be treated as a material breach of this agreement and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. aman01 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to adequately protect your login information. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact our support team immediately.

3.4 Account Closure by the Member

You may request the closure of your aman01 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after applicable due-diligence checks have been completed. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

4 KYC Verification

aman01 is obligated to comply with Know Your Cus tomer (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) standards as required by our international gaming license. As part of this obligation, aman01 may request identity verification documents from any Member at any time, and particularly before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

4.1 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, Members may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo ID such as a national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, displaying your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits — for example, confirmation of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account registered in your name.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, aman01 may request documentation supporting the source of funds deposited into your account, in compliance with AML regulations.

4.2 Verification Timeline

aman01 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within one (1) to three (3) business days of receiving all required documentation. During the verification period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. Deposits and gameplay may continue during this period unless the account has been flagged for additional review.

4.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

If a Member fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period following a formal request, aman01 reserves the right to restrict account functionality, suspend withdrawal access, or permanently close the account. Real-money balances may be withheld pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aman01 supports a comprehensive range of Indonesian payment methods to ensure convenient, fast access for all Members. Currently accepted methods include:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• Digital Wallets (E-Wallets): OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). aman01 does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits. The Company reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion, with reasonable prior notice to Members where practicable.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

Deposits are credited to your aman01 account balance in real time or as near to real time as the respective payment provider permits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are your own and are not derived from any illegal activity.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method registered in the same name as the aman01 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes to two (2) hours during operating hours. Processing times may extend during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the account cashier section.
• aman01 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily delay processing.

5.4 Currency and Fees

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp). aman01 does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. Members are responsible for any fees levied by their financial institution.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

aman01 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotional communication as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is intended for one (1) eligible Member per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Members who attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts will have all related accounts suspended.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• aman01 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Where an offer is withdrawn mid-campaign, Members who have already opted in will retain their bonus subject to existing terms.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New Members who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a Welcome Bonus as advertised on the aman01 homepage at the time of registration. Specific wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates are detailed within the Welcome Bonus promotional terms, which form part of this agreement by reference.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any Member found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, collusion with other Members, or exploiting technical errors — will have their bonus funds voided and may have their account permanently suspended. aman01 uses automated monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on the aman01 platform. Product-specific rules (including those for togel — Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery — sports betting markets such as bandar bola (football betting), mix parlay (accumulator bets), and live casino tables) are published separately within the respective game or market sections of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Placed bets may not be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the Member except where aman01 explicitly provides a cash-out or bet-editing feature for a specific market.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or human error resulting in an incorrectly quoted price or market, aman01 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the Member's account balance.
• aman01 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any bet or game at its sole discretion, including imposing individual account-level staking limits based on betting history.
• Results for all certified slot and casino games are determined by an independently audited Random Number Generator and cannot be influenced by aman01, the game provider, or the Member beyond the published game mechanics.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the aman01 system logs and game server records shall be treated as the primary source of truth. The Member may escalate unresolved disputes through the process described in Section 14.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aman01 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering using false or another person's identity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal source.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds pricing, or any other technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, share account access, or engage in coordinated bonus abuse.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity designed to influence the outcome of a sporting event on which bets are placed through aman01.
• Charging back or reversing any payment made to aman01 through your bank or payment provider without prior authorization from the Company.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or access the platform under a false location.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing aman01 staff, customer support agents, or other Members in any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the aman01 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of aman01 or its licensed content suppliers. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any aman01 content without the prior written consent of the Company. Unauthorized use of aman01's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aman01 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to access the aman01 platform.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or gaming opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Any third-party conduct, including but not limited to actions by payment processors, game providers, or internet service providers that affect the Member's experience.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by the Company's proven negligence, where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

11 Privacy & Data

aman01 is committed to protecting the personal data of all Members in accordance with internationally recognized data protection principles. The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside this document.

By registering an account with aman01, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and personalized marketing communications (where you have opted in).

12 Responsible Gaming

aman01 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide a suite of player-protection tools that every Member may activate at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your aman01 account.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions to help manage time spent on the platform.
• Reality Checks: Opt in to receive periodic notifications displaying the duration of your current session and your net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (from 24 hours to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. During any active exclusion period, you will not be permitted to access your account or create a new one.

13 Amendments

aman01 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide reasonable notice to Members via the email address registered to their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date on which changes take effect.

Your continued use of the aman01 platform following notification of any changes to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which aman01 holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the aman01 platform, the parties agree to the following resolution process:

1. First Contact: The Member must first submit a written complaint to the aman01 customer support team, providing full details of the dispute. aman01 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve the matter within five (5) business days.
2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to the Member's satisfaction at the first contact stage, the matter may be escalated to the aman01 compliance department for senior review.
3. Binding Arbitration: Disputes that remain unresolved following escalation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body as designated by the Company. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause restricts either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
